You cannot use our service to share anything that:
Is fake or scams people (like chain letters or pyramid schemes)
Hurts someone’s reputation or invades their privacy
Puts people’s safety or national security at risk
Shares trade secrets or confidential information
Helps others break copyright rules
Steals or uses someone else’s brand, patent, or content
Encourages or promotes illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, or breaking the law
Is harmful or dishonest
Breaking this rule may cost you at least $50, and your service may be stopped.
You must keep your server and passwords safe. If your server is at risk, we may disconnect it without warning.

To send bulk business emails, you must:
Get clear permission from people first
Keep proof that they agreed
Include how and where you got their email
Make it easy for them to unsubscribe
Respond quickly to unsubscribe or abuse requests
Have a privacy policy
Follow email laws like the CAN-SPAM Act
Breaking this rule may cost you at least $150, and your service may be stopped.
You must not send emails to people who didn’t ask for them or said they don’t want them.
Breaking this rule may cost you at least $350, and your service may be stopped.
You can’t promote your site by sending spam to forums, chat rooms, or newsgroups.
Breaking this rule may cost you at least $100, and your service may be stopped.
You must not use or share copyrighted music, videos, software, etc., unless:
You have permission
Or it’s allowed under copyright law
Breaking this rule may cost you at least $500, and your service may be stopped.
If someone is using Jielian Technologies Ltd to share your copyrighted content without permission, email us with:
Your contact details
Info about the work and what’s being misused
A statement confirming your rights
You must keep your contact and billing details up to date. You can update it via your client portal or email [email protected].
You can’t:
Hack or try to break into servers or networks
Steal or monitor data without permission
Slow down or harm other networks (flooding, spamming, etc.)
Trick people into giving passwords
Fake email addresses or headers
Do anything that may cause trouble for our network or users
Breaking this rule may cost you at least $100, and your service may be stopped.
Follow the rules of any online forums or chat rooms. Do not spam or post off-topic ads.
IRC networks are not allowed.
Breaking this rule may cost you at least $100, and your service may be stopped.
All bills are due by 5:00 PM on the renewal date.
Late payments may result in account suspension and late fees.
Bandwidth overage is charged at $0.50 per GB.
Chargebacks or PayPal disputes will result in a $75–$150 fee.
Unpaid bills may go to collections with extra legal and admin fees.
You must cancel your service using the cancellation form in your client portal.
You must receive a confirmation for the cancellation to be valid.
Cancel at least 1 day before your next billing date.
You can end this agreement in writing 30 days before your billing date.
Jielian Technologies Ltd can also end this agreement anytime without warning.
Canceling may involve admin charges.
Jielian Technologies Ltd provides services “as is.” We are not responsible for:
Lost files or data
Any interruptions, delays, or errors
Any viruses or harmful files
Keep backups of your data. We may limit access to servers at any time.
We are not responsible for:
Losses caused by our services
Damage to your computer or data
Loss of business or money
Our maximum responsibility is only the amount you paid us.
You agree to cover our costs if:
You break our rules
Someone sues us because of your actions
We need to take legal action to protect our business
This agreement follows the laws of California.
If there’s a disagreement, we’ll use arbitration (a legal process that avoids court).
Arbitration will happen in a fair location, and both sides must share documents.
The decision is final and must be followed.
You must still follow this agreement while arbitration is going on.
You can send legal notices to our address or by certified mail.
If we don’t enforce a rule once, it doesn’t mean we’ve given up that right for later.
This document is written to be fair to both sides. Both you and Jielian Technologies Ltd are agreeing to the same terms.
